We kindly request at least 12 hours notice for any appointment rescheduling.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment please.

This policy helps us manage scheduling efficiently and reserve time for other customers.

If we are waiting for your car 10 minutes and are unable to begin the service due to:

• Customer absence

the appointment may be considered a no-show and may be subject to a cancellation.

Repeated no-shows may require prepayment for future bookings.

Because Pronto Wash provides detailing services, weather conditions may affect scheduled appointments.

We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to:

• Heavy rain
• Strong winds
• Extreme temperatures

If weather causes a cancellation or rescheduling, customers will not be charged any cancellation fees.

Customers may request to reschedule appointments at no charge when sufficient notice is provided.

We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate new scheduling requests based on availability.

Pronto Wash reserves the right to refuse or cancel services if:

• The vehicle condition presents safety concerns
• If the customer doesn’t arrive on time for their appointment

If you experience any concerns regarding your service, please contact us within 24 hours of the appointment so we can review and reasonably address the issue.
